Abstract:
A touch display panel, a touch display device, and a touch display motherboard. The touch display panel comprises: a base substrate (1), comprising a display area (2) and a peripheral area (3); a display function layer (6), comprising: at least one organic insulation layer (7) and a packaging layer (8), an orthographic projection of the packaging layer (8) on the base substrate (1) covering the display area (2) and part of the peripheral area (3); and a touch function layer (9), located on the side of the packaging layer (8) distant from the base substrate (1), and comprising: a touch conductive layer (10), an inorganic insulation layer (11), and a protection layer (16), the touch function layer (9) comprising: a first touch conductive layer (12), and a second touch conductive layer (13) located on the side of the first touch conductive layer (12) distant from the display function layer (6), the inorganic insulation layer (11) at least comprising: a first inorganic insulation layer (14) located between the first touch conductive layer (12) and the second touch conductive layer (13), the protection layer (16) being located on the side of the second touch conductive layer (13) distant from the first inorganic insulation layer (14), and on the at least part of the peripheral area (3) that is not covered by the orthographic projection of the packaging layer (8) on the base substrate (1), the organic insulation layer (7) directly contacting the touch conductive layer (10) or the protection layer (16).
