A touch display panel (10), a driving method thereof, and a touch display device. The touch display panel (10) comprises: a first substrate (11) opposite to a second substrate (12); first signal transmission lines (13) arranged on the first substrate (11) and second signal transmission lines (14) that intersect with the first signal transmission lines (13); gate lines (15) and data lines (16) arranged on the second substrate (12), the second substrate (12) being also provided with alternately arranged first signal output terminals (17) and second signal output terminals (18) led out from the gate lines (15); and first spacers (PS1) corresponding to the first signal transmission lines (13) and second spacers (PS2) corresponding to the second signal transmission lines(14), the first spacers (PS1) being used for implementing an electrical connection between the first signal transmission lines (13) and the first signal output terminals (17) when the corresponding touch area is in a touched state, and the second spacers (PS2) are used for implementing an electrical connection between the second signal transmission lines (14) and the second signal output terminals (18) when the corresponding touch area is in a touched state.
