The present application relates to the technical field of display, and discloses a touch functional component, a display panel, and a display device. The touch functional component comprises: first electrodes, electrode bodies of the same first electrodes extending in a first direction to form electrode protruding portions, or the electrode bodies of the same first electrodes being in contact connection with the electrode protruding portions, and an accommodation area being formed between every two adjacent electrode protruding portions; a second electrode, comprising a first electrode structure located in the accommodation area and second electrode structures located on two sides of the accommodation area, the second electrode structures bypassing the electrode protruding portions to extend towards the accommodation area to form the first electrode structure, or the second electrode structures bypassing the electrode protruding portions to extend towards the first electrode structure and being in contact connection with the first electrode structure; first connection bridges, each of which electrically connects the electrode protruding portion of one first electrode and the electrode body of the other first electrode; and second connection bridges, each of which electrically connects the first electrode structure and one second electrode structure.
