Abstract:
The present invention relates to a touch input device for a mobile terminal and to a method thereof, in which touch sensors are arranged in the bezel, side surfaces and edges of the mobile terminal so as to diversify the contact area between a user and the mobile terminal, and the touch sensors arranged in the bezel, side surfaces and edges of the mobile terminal can be utilized as three-dimensional touch input devices for selecting a menu of an application program or for navigation, thus improving user convenience for the application program and developing various application programs utilizing the input method.
