Disclosed is a touch panel. The touch panel comprises a substrate that comprises multiple touch units arranged in a matrix and provided in a display area; the display area comprises at least one fingerprint identification display area; the fingerprint identification display area comprises multiple touch units; each touch unit in the fingerprint identification display area comprises at least one fingerprint identification subunit provided in a corresponding fingerprint identification display area at an interval, and multiple touch identification subunits arranged in the corresponding fingerprint identification display area in a matrix.
