Abstract:
A touch panel and a fabrication method therefor, and a display device. The touch panel comprises: a flexible substrate (20), a touch electrode layer (21) and an ITO layer (22), wherein the touch electrode layer (21) comprises a nano silver wire pattern (210) and a silver wire pattern (211), the silver wire pattern (211) is in contact with the nano silver wire pattern (210) so as to achieve electrical connection, and the ITO layer (22) at least covers a portion of the place of contact between the silver wire pattern (211) and the nano silver wire pattern (210). The fabrication method for the touch panel comprises: providing a flexible substrate (20); forming a touch electrode layer (21), wherein the touch electrode layer (21) comprises a nano silver wire pattern (210) and a silver wire pattern (211), and the silver wire pattern (211) is in contact with the nano silver wire pattern (210) so as to achieve electrical connection; and forming an ITO layer (22), the ITO layer (22) at least covering a portion of the place of contact between the silver wire pattern (211) and the nano silver wire pattern (210).
