Abstract:
The present application provides a touch panel. The touch panel comprises a touch layer and comprises water-oxygen barrier layers that are stacked. The touch layer comprises a substrate layer and conductive film layers. The conductive film layers and the water-oxygen barrier layers are stacked on the substrate layer. The present application also provides a flexible display.
