Abstract:
The present invention relates to a touch panel which detects a capacitive touch input of a body finger or a touch input tool with conductive characteristics similar to those of the body finger and, more specifically, to a touch panel having a high resolution sensing electrode which is composed of a touch pattern of a certain shape that enhances separation, drawing linearity, and accuracy in a specific direction. This high-resolution touch panel of the present invention comprises: a plurality of sensing electrodes which are made of a transparent conductive material to generate a touch capacitance (Ct) upon approach or touch of a touch means, wherein the sensing electrodes have a pattern of a shape protruding in a specific direction to have enhanced separation and drawing accuracy in the corresponding direction; and a plurality of sensor signal lines which transfer a touch signal generated by the sensing electrode to a touch IC.
