Abstract:
A touch panel-integrated display device wherein touch detection signal noise is suppressed even during inversion driving. A touch panel-integrated display device in which a structure for detecting touches is built into a display device, said touch panel-integrated display device comprising: a plurality of counter electrodes (21) that form a static capacitance between pixel electrodes and the plurality of counter electrodes; touch sensor wiring (22) that is connected to each of the plurality of counter electrodes; a control unit (20) that time-divisionally alternates between performing image display control and touch detection control; and a storage unit (25) that the control unit (20) can consult. The control unit (20) performs time division of image display control and touch detection control. The control unit (20) inverts the polarity of a signal that is supplied to source wiring during a prescribed period. The storage unit (25) comprises two or more calibration maps corresponding to the polarity of the signal that is supplied to the source wiring during a period in which image display control is performed.
