Abstract:
Disclosed are a touch panel member provided with an interlevel dielectric layer and/or a surface protective layer superior in surface hardness and heat resistance, and a touch panel using the touch panel member. A touch panel comprises a transparent substrate and a transparent electrode layer provided upon the transparent substrate. Either inside the transparent electrode layer or upon the transparent electrode layer, a resin layer of an interlevel dielectric layer and/or a surface protective layer is provided. The resin layer is formed by a photosensitive siloxane resin.
