Abstract:
According to the present invention, capacity distribution on a touch panel is detected with a simple configuration. Drive sense lines (DS 0 to DS (M-1)) are driven at a first electric potential on the basis of a code sequence. Then, respective drive sense switch elements (DST 22 and DST 22') corresponding to a touched area (22) are turned off, and a linear sum signal based on charges of each detecting electrode (E) is read.
