A touch screen and a display apparatus, the touch screen comprising first strip electrodes (01) and second strip electrodes (02) intersecting and arranged on different levels, the first strip electrodes (01) being arranged on the level above the second strip electrodes (02) and having a pattern to prevent the production of moiré due to interference. During a touch control time period, at least some of the first strip electrodes (01) are used for loading a touch control scanning signal, and the second strip electrodes (02) are used for coupling the voltage signal of the touch control scanning signal and outputting same; or, during a touch control time period, the second strip electrodes are used for loading a touch control scanning signal, and at least some of the first strip electrodes (01) are used for coupling the voltage signal of the touch control scanning signal and outputting same. The present touch screen reduces moiré of the light at the edges of the first strip electrodes (01) caused by interference due to having a regular pattern.
