Abstract:
The present invention relates to a touch screen display device. The touch screen display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a sensor pattern forming touch capacitance (Ct) by means of a touch input means; and a touch drive IC sensing a touch signal of the sensor pattern using a driving back phenomenon, wherein the touch drive IC is mounted on a non-active area of the display device in a chip on glass (COG) type, and a bonding pad connected with interconnection wiring of the touch drive IC is disposed in the non-active area, wherein the bonding pad may be disposed on the right or left side of the touch drive IC. Furthermore, the present invention includes other embodiments different from the embodiment described above.
