Abstract:
A touch screen switch, comprising a glass substrate (1), a buffer layer (2), a gate insulation layer (3) and a second metal layer (4), and also comprising an organic planarization layer (5) coating on the second metal layer (4) and having a hollow recess (M); a first dielectric layer (6), coating on the organic planarization layer (5), and the inner surface and the bottom of the hollow recess (M); a third metal layer (7), provided on the first dielectric layer (6), one side of the third metal layer being located outside the hollow recess (M) and the other side thereof extending into the hollow recess (M); a second dielectric layer (8), covering the first dielectric layer (6) and the third metal layer (7), two first through holes (K1), which are etched at a position corresponding to the region where the hollow recess (M) is located, penetrate through the upper and lower surfaces of the second and first dielectric layers (8, 6) and are positioned away from the third metal layer (7), and two second through holes (K2) which penetrate through the upper and lower surfaces of the second dielectric layer (8) and are located on the upper part of the third metal layer (7); bottom Indium Tin Oxide (9), covering the second dielectric layer (8), the inner surfaces and the bottoms of the two first through holes (K1), and the inner surfaces and the bottoms of the two second through holes (K2). The touch screen switch does not compress the design, satisfies process window, reduces rework rate and increases production.
