Abstract:
A touch substrate and a drive method therefor, a fabrication method, a touch assembly and a device, which relate to the field of touch technology, and which solve the problem of how to determine coordinates in a three-dimensional space when implementing spatial stereoscopic touch. The touch substrate comprises: an optical sensor structure (1), a parallel light detection structure (3) and a lens positioning structure (2) which are successively stacked; the optical sensor structure (1) determines the planar position coordinates of a suspension touch point which are parallel to the direction of the touch substrate according to the luminous flux received by each optical sensor unit (10); the lens positioning structure (2) is used to adjust the focal length of a target lens unit having the planar position coordinates among a plurality of lens units so that the luminous flux received an optical sensor unit (10) which corresponds to the target lens unit reaches a threshold; and when determined that the luminous flux received by said optical sensor unit (10) reaches the threshold, the corresponding target focal length is the spatial position coordinates of the suspension touch point in the normal direction of the touch substrate.
