Abstract:
A touchscreen panel, a manufacturing method therefor, and a touchscreen display. The touchscreen panel comprises an upper substrate (11), a lower substrate (12), and, provided between the upper substrate (11) and the lower substrate (12), a display component layer, a first insulating layer (13), and a transparent touch electrode layer (14). The display component layer is arranged on the lower substrate (12) and used for displaying an image. The first insulating layer (13) is arranged on the display component layer and used for separating the display component layer from the transparent touch electrode layer (14). The touch electrode layer (14) is arranged on the first insulating layer (13) and used for detecting a touched position, the material of the transparent touch electrode layer (14) being transparent electrically-conductive graphene. The structure of the touchscreen panel is simplified and optimized and inexpensive.
