Abstract:
Disclosed is a tow-forming spindle or a two-for-one twisting spindle for producing twisted yarns, entwining threads, or similar from at least two threads (4), comprising a bobbin (2) and/or a pot (3) for the first thread and a twisting device for the second thread (4), which is disposed inside a housing below the bobbin (2) and/or the pot (3) and is used for twisting the second thread (4) around the first thread. The inventive spindle is characterized by the fact that the twisting device is embodied as a flyer (7) with a thread guide. Also disclosed is a corresponding twisting device for a second thread.
