Abstract:
A tower crane with a distributor device comprises a tower body (1), jib (2) mounted on
the tower body, a counterweight (3) and a trolley (4) mounted on the jib (2), a concrete
delivery pump, and concrete feed pipes, a hook (5) provided on the trolley. The
concrete feed pipe includes many first curve pipes (6), adjacent first curve pipes
connect end to end, and each first curve pipe is installed on the jib (2) movably. The
first curve pipe for inputting concrete is provided on one side of the jib where the
counterweight (3) is mounted, and the first curve pipe for outputting concrete is
connected with a discharge pipe (9) actively, the discharge pipe (9) is suspended on
the hook (5) of the trolley. There is a space on the tower body, where the first curve
pipes (6) and the trolley (4) can reciprocate. When hoisting the load, the first
curve pipes (6) are furled, the discharge pipe (9) is supported on the tower body,
and the hook (5) suspends the load. It has the advantage of wide distributing range
that can cover the whole crane jib, and also it has a simple and safe structure, is
easy to be mounted and used, has a good working efficiency, and can reduce the weight
of the equipment.
