A toy car capable of overturning and transforming upon a touch, comprising a car chassis (10), a pullback mechanism (50), a fixing base (20), a car body (30), two arm portions (40), an overturning member (60) and a locking member (70); the pullback mechanism (50) is mounted on the car chassis (10) and drives the car chassis (10) to move forward; the fixing base (20) is fittingly mounted on the car chassis (10), and the car body (30) is movably mounted on the fixing base (20) by means of a car body rotating member (31); the car body (30) is clamped to the car chassis (10) by means of a clamping member (32), and the two arm portions (40) are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the car body (30) by means of arm rotating members (41); the overturning member (60) is disposed at the bottom of the car chassis (10); the locking member (70) is mounted in the car chassis (10) and can move forward and backward, and the overturning member (60) is clamped to the locking member (70); and when the front end of the locking member (70) is impacted, the toy car jumps up, overturns, and transforms. When colliding with an obstacle, the toy car can jump up, overturn and transform into a second form, and can continue to move forward in the second form.
