A track-bridge integrated rapid transport system and a cross-dam transport system, which solve the technical problem of low cargo transfer efficiency of existing multi-modal transport equipment. The track-bridge integrated rapid transport system comprises a bridge frame (200), a loading/unloading hoisting device (100) and a replacement device (400). The bridge frame (200) is provided with a track mounting position (201) which allows a track assembly (310) of an air track system (300) to pass through. The air track system (300) can directly pass through the bridge frame (200). The loading/unloading hoisting device (100) is mounted on the bridge frame (200) and reciprocates on the bridge frame (200) to transfer goods between a ship (600) and the replacement device (400). The replacement device (400) is disposed in an area below the loading/unloading hoisting device (100) and the track mounting position (201), and the replacement device (400) can reciprocate. The replacement device (400) can transfer goods between the loading/unloading hoisting device (100) and the air track system (300).
