Abstract:
A track-etched membrane solid-liquid separation device, comprising: an upper cylinder (10), one side of the upper cylinder (10) being provided with a liquid inlet pipe (11) for adding a solution to be filtered; a lower cylinder (20) disposed under the upper cylinder (10), the top of the lower cylinder (20) being connected in a sealed manner to the upper cylinder (10), and the bottom of the lower cylinder (20) being a liquid outlet; and a track-etched membrane (30) in a planar configuration and fixed in the lower cylinder (20); during filtering, the track-etched membrane (30) forms a preset angle with the vertical direction, so that a pre-filtration solution flows along the surface of the track-etched membrane (30) after passing through the liquid inlet pipe (11) to achieve cross-flow filtration.
