Abstract:
A track using main-auxiliary type steel rails and up-and-down lap joint type joints to improve smoothness. In the main-auxiliary type steel rails, the main rail comprises an I-shaped rail (2) and a T-shaped rail (4), and the auxiliary rail (1, 3) is formed by an irregular steel channel in the shape of the Chinese character "业"; a wide bottom plate (322) in the shape of the Chinese character "业" is used as an anti-creeper; the rail body of the main rail is just complementarily nested with a notch of the corresponding auxiliary rail (1, 3); and then, fastening is performed, thus forming main-auxiliary type steel rails having a high price-performance ratio. The convex-convex type lap joint is used in the steel rails; one part of the lower portion of a rear wheel end (12, 22) of the main rail is cut off, so that a rail head thereof and part of a rail web are formed into a head web convex (226, 426); similarly, one part of the upper portion of a front wheel end (23, 43) of the main rail is cut off, so that a rail foot thereof and part of the rail web are formed into a foot web convex (236, 436); wherein the foot web convex (236, 436) is complementary to the head web convex (226, 426), and the foot web convex is in lap joint with the head web convex to constitute a complete main rail cross-section and form convex-convex type lap joint; when the rear wheel end (12, 22) is pressed by wheels, the head web convex (226, 426) is pressed on the foot web convex (236, 436), so that the front wheel end (23, 43) and the rear wheel end (12, 22) are synchronously pressed down to keep the rail surfaces of the two at a same level, and the occurrence of steps is prevented; on this basis, defects of the joints can be thoroughly eliminated.
