Provided is a tracking device in which consecutive frames that are some of a plurality of frames constituting image data serve as time window frames and an extraction unit (21) extracts a plurality of time window frames from the image data so that at least one frame is included in an overlapping manner in adjacent time window frames. A tracking unit (22) performs tracking of an object in each of time window frames in which tracking is to be performed and generates tracking results. An integration unit (23) uses the frames included in an overlapping manner with the other time window frames as a basis to integrate the individual tracking results generated for each of the time window frames and generate an integration result.
