Abstract:
In a traction apparatus for osteosynthesis of short tubular bones comprising a support unit (1) consisting of a clamp-shaped plate (3) with through openings (4), between the branches of which are mounted two securing pins (10), the traction units (2) comprising a pin holder (18) with at least two traction pins (19) mounted in it, and threaded traction rods (15) the proximal ends of which are connected to the support unit, according to the invention, the securing pins (10) of the support unit (1) are oriented parallel to each other and are located in a plane perpendicular to the planes of the clamp-shaped plate (3), whereas each traction unit (2) is mounted on one traction rod (15) movably along its longitudinal axis, each threaded traction rod (15) being mounted on the clamp-shaped plate (3) with the possibility of rotation, and the traction pins (19) of each traction unit (2) being secured in a cantilever manner in the pin holder (18).
