Abstract:
A traction battery cover plate and a traction battery. The traction battery cover plate comprises: a top cover sheet and two posts, the two posts passing through the top cover sheet, and joints of the top cover sheet and the posts being provided with rolling edges; and a power failure protection device arranged at the bottom of at least one of the two posts. The power failure protection device comprises: a turnover sheet, the turnover sheet being connected to the bottom of the post and being provided with a recess, and the recess being recessed in a direction away from the post; and a conductor, the conductor being connected to the bottom of the recess, wherein when a gas pressure in a battery reaches a preset value, the recess of the turnover sheet can turn over towards the post so as to be disconnected from the conductor.
