A traction converter housing and vehicle. The traction converter housing comprises a first power module platform (1), a second power module platform (2), a control platform (3), a contactor platform (4), a resistor platform (5), a capacitor platform (6) and a central pipeline platform (7), wherein each of the platforms is integrated with at least one component. The first power module platform is connected to the control platform and the capacitor platform respectively, and the second power module platform is connected to the resistor platform and the contactor platform respectively. The first power module platform, the second power module platform, the control platform, the contactor platform, the resistor platform and the capacitor platform are all connected to the central pipeline platform. The housing is not easily subjected to deformation after assembly and has lower dimensional tolerances, thus improving the assembly efficiency and facilitating installation, disassembly and maintenance.
