Abstract:
Disclosed is a traction device for knitting machinery, the traction device comprising several rake-type traction mechanisms, wherein each rake-type traction mechanism comprises a gripper assembly, a lifting seat and a fixed seat; each gripper assembly comprises a gripper seat; the gripper seats and the lifting seats are mounted on a linear bearing seat; a plurality of independent gripper pieces are provided in each gripper seat, and several obliquely inserted parallel needles are provided on each gripper piece; two long waist holes which are longitudinally arranged are provided on each gripper piece, an upper roller needle shaft and a lower roller needle shaft are fixed on each gripper seat, and the gripper pieces sequentially penetrate the upper roller needle shaft and the lower roller needle shaft; and a tension spring mounting shaft is also fixed on each gripper seat, a plurality of first tension springs are provided on the tension spring mounting shaft, and the first tension springs correspond to the gripper pieces on a one-to-one basis. According to the present invention, the gripper assemblies are minimized in terms of unit, the gripper pieces are mutually independent, and the long waist holes on the gripper pieces enable the gripper pieces to be in different traction positions under different knitting requirements.
