Abstract:
A traction drive double-oilwell pumping unit comprises a frame (16) and transmission mechanisms
mounted on the frame. The transmission mechanisms comprise a smaller traction
driving wheel (11), a wire line (12) winded on the smaller traction driving wheel,
a V directive wheel (305) , a VI directive wheel (306), a III directive wheel(303) and
a IV directive wheel (304). Wherein the V directive wheel (305) and the VI directive wheel
(306) are located at each side of the smaller traction driving wheel (11) respectively
and transmit the wire line at both sides of the smaller traction driving wheel.
The III directive wheel (303) transmits the wire line between the V directive
wheel (305) and a I mule-head hanger (901). The IV directive wheel (304) transmits
the wire line between the VI directive wheel (306) and a II mule-head hanger (902).
A bigger traction driving wheel (7) being coaxial with the smaller traction driving
wheel (11) is connected to a traction wheel (801) of a tractor (8) through a flexible
line belt (14). The device has many advantages, such as lower manufacturing cost,
energy saving, longer stroke and so on.
