Abstract:
A tractor clutch pull rod adjusting device having a hydraulic automatic adjusting function, comprising a shifting fork (3), a pedal return spring (2), a clutch pedal (1), a connecting fork (4), an adjusting device body (9), and a clutch separating pull rod connector (12). The pedal return spring (2) and one end of the shifting fork (3) are connected to the clutch pedal (1); the other end of the shifting fork (3) is connected to the upper end of the connecting fork (4); the adjusting device body (9) is connected to the lower end of the connecting fork (4); a flow guide pipe (13) is connected to the adjusting device body (9); the upper end and lower end of the flow guide pipe (13) are respectively communicated with the upper part and lower part of the inner cavity (9-1) of the adjusting device body (9); a stop valve (6) and a piston body (10) located under the stop valve (6) are provided inside the adjusting device body (9); a stop valve return spring (7) is provided inside the stop valve (6); the stop valve (6) is disposed corresponding to the end of the flow guide pipe (13) located at the upper part of the adjusting device body (9); the piston body (10) extending out of the lower end of the adjusting device body (9) is connected to the clutch separating pull rod connector (12). Also disclosed is an adjusting method implemented by using the adjusting device. According to the adjusting device, the probability of damage due to improper adjustment of a clutch is lowered, and the daily maintenance costs of a driver are reduced.
