Abstract:
A tractor-mounted automatic plug seedling transplanter. The whole machine consists of land wheels (1), a frame (2), a three-point hitch (3), a seedling picker mechanism (4), a plug tray conveying device (5), a plug tray recovery device (6), a seedling separating and planting device (7), and a watering device (8). The frame (2) is of a framework structure. The seedling separating and planting device (7) is driven by the land wheels (1). The seedling picker mechanism (4) is integrally driven by front and rear driving cylinders to move forward and backward to pick up seedlings above plug trays, and dispense the seedlings above seedling guide cups. Left and right parallel seedling picker claws of the seedling picker mechanism (4) are driven by left and right driving cylinders to move left and right respectively, so as to pick up seedlings when brought together at the middle and to dispense the seedlings when separated to the left and right. After the seedlings are completely picked up, the plug trays on the plug tray conveying device (5) fall onto a plug tray conveyor belt on the plug tray recovery device (6), and slide down into a plug tray recovery stacking box (6-1). By means of the method in which the entire row of seedling picker claws pick up seedlings simultaneously and separate and dispense the seedlings to the both sides simultaneously, the seedling picking-up efficiency is high, and the functions of plug tray recovery and fixed-point watering are further achieved.
