Abstract:
The present invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicinal diet management system and a method therefor, which can maximize the effects of dieting by: analyzing the obesity state of a user on the basis of basic data about the gender, height, weight, body composition, etc. of the user; linking and communicating, on the basis of the analysis, with an exercise expert, a diet therapy expert, and a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine, who is a diet expert, in order to provide a traditional Chinese medicinal food intake schedule, food intake schedule, and exercise schedule; and, on the basis of the traditional Chinese medicinal food intake schedule, food intake schedule, and exercise schedule, calculating the estimates for changes in the weight and body composition during a set time period, and displaying and showing same to the user.
