Abstract:
The present invention relates to a traffic accident discrimination system, method, and apparatus. The traffic accident discrimination system comprises: a traffic signal control panel that is installed adjacent to a traffic signal light or intersection to control traffic flow around said signal light or said intersection; a noise measurement part that is installed adjacent to said signal light or said intersection to measure noise generated at said intersection; and a traffic accident discrimination monitor that is provided on one side of said traffic signal control panel and has a storage part, a conversion coefficient input part, and a display part. By said discrimination system, discrimination method, and discrimination apparatus, traffic accident situations can be objectively assessed to identify offender and victim, traffic accidents that may occur in an intersection or crossing can be prevented, and criminal activities such as hit-and-run can be prevented.
