Abstract:
Provided are a traffic envelope service control method and apparatus. The method comprises: receiving roaming information about a terminal user; determining whether the terminal user is a traffic envelope subscription user and is in a roaming state; and when it is determined that the terminal user is a traffic envelope subscription user and is in a roaming state, cancelling a traffic envelope service bound with the terminal user. The solution achieves the capability of prohibiting use of a traffic envelope service but using a normal package of a user instead in an out-of-province roaming state of the user, and solves the problem that a data service cannot be used in a roaming state of a user.
