Abstract:
The present invention relates to a traffic information big data operation system using the recognition of a license plate of a transportation means, a server therefor, and a user terminal therefor. Particularly, the purpose of the present invention is to configure big data by recognizing the license plate of the vehicle ahead and registering the recognized license plate in a server, and to operate vehicle tracking, navigation, and the like by using the big data.
