Abstract:
The present invention relates to an autonomous driving control device and method, comprising: an image capturing unit for capturing a driving road image of a driver's vehicle; and a control unit for generating, on a laneless road, as many virtual lanes as the number of lanes determined on the basis of the width of the laneless road when the laneless road in front of the driver's vehicle is detected from the driving road image captured by the capturing unit, and controlling the autonomous driving of the driver's vehicle such that the driver's vehicle is driven on the generated virtual lanes, wherein when a front object is detected from the driving road image, the control unit controls the autonomous driving of the driver's vehicle such that the driver's vehicle is driven on the laneless road while avoiding the forward object.
