Abstract:
A traffic information processing device, system and method, the traffic information processing device (10) comprising an image recognition and decision-making apparatus (110) and a warning apparatus (120). The image recognition and decision-making apparatus (110) is configured to process a received traffic path image so as to recognize a scene, and determine whether to perform a warning operation according to the scene so as to obtain a determination result. The warning apparatus (120) is configured to generate warning information according to the determination result for use in sending prompt information to vehicles in the traffic path. The traffic information processing device (10) may clear the way for and warn the vehicles in the traffic path (for example, vehicles on the road), thereby helping special vehicles such as police cars, fire trucks, engineering rescue vehicles, and ambulances to pass through quickly. The device is timely and accurate, and may ensure the effectiveness of a clearing a road section, thus avoiding affecting the traffic due to clearing the way too long in advance or hindering the passage of special vehicles due to untimely road clearance.
