Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a traffic signal control device, computer program, and traffic signal control method which are capable of implementing optimal traffic control even when manually switching a phase. Provided is a traffic signal control device, comprising: an acceptance unit which accepts a switch instruction which switches from a variable phase in which it is possible to selectively switch to a plurality of selection phases to one selection phase among the plurality of selection phases; a determination unit which determines whether a prescribed first condition is fulfilled during the display of the selection phase to which the switch is made by the accepted switch instruction; and a control unit which, if it is determined that the first condition is fulfilled, controls to terminate the display of the selection phase being displayed.
