Abstract:

Provided are a TRAIL membrane-penetrating peptide-like mutant MuR6, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The mutant is a protein containing a membrane-penetrating peptide-like structure, which is formed by selectively modifying an amino acid sequence of positions 114-119 of an extracellular portion of a wild-type TRAIL protein from VRERGP to RRRRRR. The TRAIL mutant may be used to treat tumors.
