Abstract:
Equipped with: a first acquisition means that acquires the change history of the number of sections open to traffic, which is the number of blocked sections between a train and preceding train; a setting means that sets a brake pattern in which the starting point is the end of a blocked section one section before the blocked section through which the aforementioned preceding train is traveling; and a calculation means that calculates, on the basis of the aforementioned change history, the time until the aforementioned preceding train passes out of the blocked section being travelled, and calculates, as the target speed of the aforementioned train, the highest speed not conflicting with the aforementioned brake pattern.
