Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a setting reception unit (21) that receives setting information for a special speed section that temporarily limits train (60, 70) speed and a speed limit in the special speed section; a control unit (23) that generates, on the basis of the setting information, special speed information for each of the trains (60, 70) traveling in a jurisdiction; and a communication unit (24) that transmits the special speed information to each of the trains (60, 70). If information for all special speed sections cannot be included in the special speed information, the control unit (23) includes, in the special speed information, information for a specified number of special speed sections which are towards the traveling direction vis-à-vis the position of each of the trains (60, 70) and changes the speed limit of one or more special speed sections included in the special speed information on the basis of the speed limit set in the special speed section that is not included in the special speed information and is adjacent to the special speed section included in the special speed information.
