Abstract:
The present invention relates to a train control system and method based on resource management. The system comprises a dispatching center server, a trackside resource manager and an on-board train control device, wherein the on-board train control device is respectively connected to the dispatching center server and the trackside resource manager; the dispatching center server is responsible for supervising and controlling the operation of a train; the trackside resource manager is responsible for managing resources, controlling a turnout, establishing a movement authorization direction and controlling a signal machine; and the on-board train control device is responsible for calculating safe positioning, calculating movement authorization and releasing a line resource, and is responsible for establishing train-train communication with trains ahead and behind when the line resource is in a "shared" state, so as to exchange safe positioning of the trains in real time and determine an end point of movement authorization for the train behind. Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the advantages of improving the operation safety performance and the transportation capacity by using existing line resources, reducing the transformation cost of a station yard, increasing economic benefits and social benefits, etc.
