Abstract:
This train control system (1) comprises: a ground control device (30) installed on a first route that is managed by a first railway operator; wireless base stations (31, 32) connected to the ground control device (30); another ground control device (40) installed on a second route that is managed by a second railway operator and adjacent to the first route; and another wireless base stations (41, 42) connected to the ground control device (40). The ground control device (30) makes a reservation of handover to all the wireless base stations (31, 32) disposed between a first station that is placed on the first route and a second station that is placed on the second route and adjacent to the first station, and transmits, to the ground control device (40), a request for a reservation of handover to all the wireless base stations (41, 42) disposed between the first station and the second station. The ground control device (40) transmits, to the ground control device (30), the result of the request for the reservation of handover to all the wireless base stations (41, 42) disposed between the first station and the second station.
