Abstract:
A train information transmitting and receiving system comprises first and second vehicle-side connectors and a vehicle connection cable. The first and second vehicle-side connectors are each provided at both ends of each vehicle and each have a ground terminal grounded to the vehicle and a plurality of signal transmission line terminals. The vehicle connection cable is mounted, at both ends, with first and second connection connectors each having a connection ground terminal and a plurality of connection signal transmission line terminals that can be fitted into the respective ground terminal and signal transmission line terminals of the first and second vehicle-side connectors. The vehicle connection cable also has a plurality of connection signal transmission lines for connecting the connection signal transmission line terminals of the first and second connection connectors to each other and a shield layer shielding the connection signal transmission lines and connected to only one of the ground terminals of the respective first and second connection connectors.
