Abstract:
Train (10) made of a plurality of rail vehicles (20). Each rail vehicle comprises a body (44) that defines: an upper level (46) that is able and intended to accommodate and transport passengers, and a lower level (48) suitable for loading, transporting and unloading freight, the lower level having a lower floor (66) defined by the body. Combination of such a train and of a station (30) suitable for receiving the train in a stationary position so as to allow the passengers to board and alight.
