Title:
TRAIN-MOUNTED INFORMATION TRANSMITTING/RECEIVING SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2007/007495
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[PROBLEM] A train-mounted information transmitting/receiving system which
can be implemented even in an environment having significant external noise
while avoiding an increase in costs, and can perform high speed transmission
between car-mounted transceivers without newly developing an extra jumper
cable to be used between the cars. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A transmission
line connecting between transceivers (10) that are mounted on respective cars
composing a train and process train information in cooperation with each other
is constituted of a cable (20) laid in the car and a jumper cable laid between the
cars. Each jumper cable incorporates a plurality of shield wires (33) each consisting
of a conductor (35) covered with a shield (36). Two shield wires (33) are paired
to constitute a transmission line, the shields (36) of the pair of shield wires
(33) are connected to each other at both ends of the shield wires (33), and then
the shields (36) connected to each other are grounded at one end of a shield wire
(33).
