Abstract:
Disclosed are a training apparatus and method for an emergency escape. The training apparatus for an emergency escape according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a support unit installed parallel to an installation surface; a parachute module comprising a harness which is worn on the body of a trainee, and a plurality of connection strings for suspending the trainee from the support unit by connecting the harness and support unit; a plurality of pulleys, provided on the support unit and connected to each connection string, for controlling the lengths of the connecting strings via rotation; a seat movement module comprising a seat on which the trainee sits, and a movement unit for moving the seat rearward of the trainee; and a control unit for controlling the operation of the pulleys and movement unit in accordance with a built-in program.
