The present disclosure relates generally to training bags in a closed and open configuration.

More specifically for functional training bags to be used for full body strength, endurance, corrective training and/or techniques as viewed as a bag in a closed configuration. The present disclosure further discloses a training bag in a closed configuration for hard impact workouts provided with an upper body harness to haul the training bag to improve on speed and agility and with upper body straps to be used as a backpack. In an open configuration, a training bag can be used to store weights and/or personal objects and to be used for sand training.

BACKGROUND

[0001] The present invention relates to resistance in conjunction with flexibility, strength, endurance, V02 max, speed and agility, sports specific movements and sand training.

[0002] Sports performance training includes speed, strength and corrective techniques throughout. The current prior art systems on the market, are configured to be limited to covering only one training aspect for the specific training goal needed to be achieve.

[0003] Olympic lifting involves a full force on the wrist when snatching, cleaning and performing any overhead movement. As such, learning the fundamentals prior to using a barbell

will familiarize the specific movement which is viewed as strength and/or resistance training in preparation for actual Olympic lifts with a barbell.

[0004] The primary core muscles are diaphragm, multifidus, transversus abdominis and muscles of the pelvic floor. Core stability refers to a user’s ability to stabilize the core with unstable movement. A user can improve core stability with shifting movements, forcing the body to stabilize the weight at a controlled pace. Using devices with unstable movements forces the body to control that specific device, strengthening your core.

[0005] A training bag with one or more adjustable straps for expansion and/or minimize the length, width and/or height to accommodate to the specific exercise and also accommodating to the user’s specific goal.

[0006] To correct a user’s posture during speed and agility exercises, an upper body harness to uplift the torso while hauling a weighted tool for multiple repetition will cause muscle memory for when no attachments are on the user’s body. In some examples, there are upper body harnesses that are configured for pulling exercises movements with a connecting strap for strength, endurance, speed and agility which can also be used without hauling a weighted tool. These exercises can be performed in all planes such as, transverse, frontal and sagittal.

[0007] Carrying portable dumbbells and/or kettlebells to different locations is very inconvenient, especially for personal trainers traveling to multiple locations throughout the day. A portable training tool with adjustable, removable weight and built in straps to be worn as a backpack can prevent inconvenience and also save travel time throughout the day.

[0008] A training bag transition to a sand pit is convenient for any individual seeking sand training for unstable surface training which benefits from proprioception training.

[0009] Accordingly, embodiments of the invention, provide significant advantages while overcoming the above-described and other disadvantages, as will now be described.
