The purpose of the invention is to provide a training equipment system that allows initial configuration and inspection of training equipment to be performed easily in a short time. Provided are a training equipment system and data configuration method, wherein: an individual number output device (wrist band) 1 outputs an individual number during initial configuration; personnel equipment 2 worn by a trainee receives and stores the individual number and transmits same to a wireless device 3; the wireless device 3 stores the individual number, and initial configuration data corresponding to the stored individual number is extracted from the batch initial configuration data transmitted from a control station 5 and transmitted to the personnel equipment 2; the personnel equipment 2 sets, in the same device, data in the received data that corresponds to the personnel equipment 2 and sets, in each device, data corresponding to training equipment to be connected such as a firearm 4 or a large firearm X, and transmits that the configuration is complete to the wireless device 3 when the configuration for the training equipment and same device is completed; and the wireless device 3 transmits that the configuration is complete to the control station 5.
