Abstract:

Training equipment, comprising a base stand having slide shafts installed parallel with each other in lateral direction, a slide base part slidably moving along the slide shafts, a foot rest rotatably installed on the upper part of the slide base part, a connection mechanism part having a rod and a rod support part for engaging the appropriate part of the base stand at a generally lateral intermediate position with the foot rest to relate the slide position to the rotating angle of the foot rest, and a spring for providing, to the slide base part, an energizing force toward the generally lateral intermediate position of the base stand, whereby a body trunk part can be effectively trained by performing a slide motion interlockingly with a twist motion.
