Abstract:
Disclosed are training glasses, a training system and a training method therefor. A lens comprises a first refractive training area and a second refractive training area. The first refractive training area is formed as a closed area at the center position of the lens, and the second refractive training area is formed as the area other than the first refractive training area, wherein the second refractive training area has a degree between +1.0 D to +4.5 D. The glasses and the training method of the present invention can provide a very uniform and stable peripheral degree, and also avoid a large degree change caused by a partition. Meanwhile, a central degree occurring at the periphery is avoided, so as to not add to adverse factors of peripheral hyperopic defocus, and effectively resist peripheral hyperopic defocus.
